What is it exactly?

GoCardless is a direct debit system that is 100% secure and easy to use. 

How does it work?

Payments are requested by our bank to your bank after we have cleaned your property. We will email informing you of the collection date for your payment and it then takes 3-5 days to clear into our account. 

Is it secure?

Yes it is 100% secure and all payments are covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee. Your bank and our bank communicate and operate the Direct Debit scheme. You are free to cancel the scheme at any time. We would ask that you inform us by letter at least 14 days before your next clean if you choose to cancel your inclusion in the scheme. 

How do I setup a Direct Debit?

You can click on the Direct Debit logo ABOVE and this will then direct you to a secure encrypted page on our Direct Debit provider GoCardless' website. Once you have filled in the relevant details we will setup your Direct Debit and payment will only be collected after your property has been cleaned.
